Return Policy for MarineALERTTM Orders

We provide MarineALERTTM products based on quality and performance. We feel the same way about customer service. If you feel the need to return or exchange an item based on the guidelines below, we will be happy to accomodate you.

Merchandise can be returned for any reason within 30 days of your order date for a product exchange or a refund of product price.  Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment.  Exchanges can be made for the same item in a different size or color only.  No refunds for seasonal items, unless item is damaged upon receipt.  You must report damaged items within 24 hours of receipt at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Other Terms: Certain items carry their own return policies and the above guidelines do not apply in those circumstances.  Please refer to the return policy information that came with your item for more details.

Return Procedures: Write us a letter stating the reason you wish to return the item.  Please include the original order number, purchaser name, address and telephone number.  Pack your items with the letter (in the original package if possible) and send it to Trinautica Ventures, LLC, at:

Important Notes:

  • We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  • You must include a return address.  For the safety of our employees, any package received without a return address on the outside of the package will be destroyed, and Trinautica Ventures will not replace the contents of the package.  Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
  • All refunds will be credited to the payment form used for the original purchase.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability.  A refund will be processed if the product is unavailable.
